Beginning Zendrawing
Cost: FREE Time Commitment: 4 weeks, 2 hours per week Ages: Adult Class size: Up to 20 Level: Beginning Have you seen all those coloring books for adults? Want to learn to draw like that? Don't be surprised to find that it is easier than it looks. Zendrawing, also known as meditative drawing, is all about relaxing, letting your mind wander and allowing your hands to do what they want. It includes repetitive patterns, so you don't have to think too much. Although it is not geared toward young children, kids as young as five have enjoyed this class, but this one is meant for adults who want some peace and quiet. If you want to bring your kids along, you are welcome to attend a Zendrawing In the Park class. These classes happen one to three times per year.

Nature is not just for the sports fanatics, kids who prefer to stay inside and draw can enjoy it, too. Each week we do a new project using things we can find in nature. We begin each class with a quick game and visiting session. Then, we go on a walk in nature to find the things we need. Kids will do some sketching, sculpting, painting, and even create their own cave paintings. This class will be up to once a year during the summer months.
*Cost for all classes must be paid in full one week before class is set to begin. I buy all supplies up front, one week before each class. All refunds must be requested at least one week before the first scheduled class.*
